Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video & Reels Editor to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality video content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, corporate branding, and promotional activities. The candidate should have a strong understanding of current social media trends, storytelling techniques, and video editing software to create compelling visual content that enhances our brand presence and supports business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Edit and produce short-form videos and reels for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and X.
Create engaging promotional videos showcasing the company's IT services,



products, workplace culture, client success stories, and events.
Add transitions, motion graphics, animations, captions, subtitles, visual effects, and sound effects to enhance video quality.
Optimize videos for different social media platforms by maintaining the appropriate aspect ratio, resolution, and duration.
Maintain consistency with the company's branding guidelines, color schemes, typography, and messaging.
Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications
Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
Familiarity with AI-powered video editing tools such as Adobe Firefly, Google Veo, Runway, CapCut AI, or Descript is a plus.
