Job Description: Fidelity Investments Workplace Solutions (WS) organization is
looking for a Senior Mainframe developer with 6–9 years of hands‑on experience
in developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise‑grade mainframe
applications. The candidate must have solid expertise across core mainframe
technologies including COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, and associated IBM mainframe
utilities to support equity compensation products for the Global markets. The
Team Candidate will be part of a development squad in the technology team in
Stock Plan Services business unit that coordinates equity compensation programs
on behalf of public and private companies offering various compensations
programs such as: Employee Stock Purchase Plans, Restricted Stock Awards/Units,
Stock Option Plans, Stock Appreciation Rights and Performance based Awards. The

VSAM, MVS, Endeavor ISPF, TSO, CICS, Control-M, and basic IBM utilities · Proven




problem-solving abilities and analysis of complex mainframe programs is a must
skill. · Must be experienced in maintaining systems in the MVS mainframe
environment. · Must have worked in Mainframe application development. · Must be
able to negotiate, influence and work with business peers and management. · Must
have experience of working in an agile environment · Ability to understand the
requirements and come up with an optimal end-to-end solution · Must possess
strong analytical skills to review the production problems reported · Able to do
unit testing Behavioral Skills · Candidate should possess highly proficient
written and verbal communication skills in the English language · Candidate
should possess exceptional stakeholder management skills · Connect with business
