What You'll Do:
? Manage and support hardware asset management processes on the ServiceNow platform
?️ Troubleshoot and resolve complex asset-related issues
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
? Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with asset policies




? Provide training and support to junior team members
? Liaise with vendors for hardware procurement and management
What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT asset management or related fields
✅ In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform functionalities, specifically HAM module
✅ Solid analytical skills with attention to detail
