The Product Evangelist – will play a critical role in driving product adoption, enabling sales, ensuring successful delivery, and positioning the Solution effectively in the market. The role requires solid cross-functional collaboration, deep product understanding, and continuous engagement with customers, internal teams, and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Enablement & Revenue Support
Partner with Sales teams to drive Product adoption and revenue growth
Conduct product demonstrations, customer presentations, and solution walkthroughs
Support Sales in RFPs, proposals, and customer discussions
Enable Sales teams through trainings, demo readiness, and use-case articulation
2. Product Evangelism & Thought Leadership
Act as a subject-matter expert (SME) for Product.
Evangelize the product internally (Sales, Delivery, Operations) and externally (customers, partners)
Independently conduct live demos of all Product solutions and use cases
Create and deliver presentations, case studies,
and product collateral
3. Delivery & Implementation Support
Collaborate with Delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and deployments
Support solution configuration discussions and execution readiness
Ensure alignment between customer requirements and product capabilities
4. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Go-Live Readiness
Lead and perform UAT before production release
Validate all features, workflows, and use cases
Ensure defect closure and production readiness
Support go-live activities and stabilization
5. Operations & Customer Experience
Coordinate with Operations teams to streamline processes
Enhance end-to-end customer experience across engagements
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks impacting delivery
6. Training & Capability Building
Conduct structured training programs for:
Sales teams
Delivery teams
Operations teams
Customers / stakeholders
