2. Experience of 6-10 years in After Sales Service.

Job Description
Establish and maintain the upkeep of service centers.
Partner lifecycle management
Ensure onboarding quality and take accountability of service deliverables
Ensure customer satisfaction to avoid escalation of issues.
Liaison with store manager and sales team for service operations
Motivate and manage team of service center and care center personnel,
Responsible and accountable for service deliverables.
Mentor and counsel engineers whenever necessary.
Control the flow of incoming calls for in office support of services.
Manage costs/expenses of service and care center within given,



guidelines and ensure there is adequate amount of manpower to cater to all customer/calls.
Providing necessary skills/training to the team members based on needs and gaps.
Encourage the team to enhance their performance levels by identifying gaps and needs.
