Role Brief
As a Growth Associate for Verona you will play a key role in redefining how Indians approach finding lifelong partners. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their relationship goals, and guiding them toward the most suitable matchmaking or premium consulting services. This position requires a blend of consultative selling, emotional intelligence, and robust communication skills.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s/ Master’s from a Tier 1 institute (preferred)
0-2 years of experience working in client facing roles
Experience in relationship building, sales, client facing roles
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
Effectively communicate the value proposition of Verona's premium services.
Identify & convert opportunities for upselling additional services (ticket size of 1 to 1.5 lakhs) to meet clients' evolving needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the premium membership plans.
Contribute insights to enhance Verona’s outreach strategy for premium clientele.
