Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Assistant Intern to support the Operations Team in day-to-day coordination activities. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical exposure to business operations, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and contribute in a rapid-paced work environment.

Internship Duration: 3 Months

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist the Operations Team in daily coordination activities.
Support communication and follow-ups with different departments.
Help prepare basic reports, presentations, and operational documents.
Maintain and update records, files, and documentation.
Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining meeting-related details.
Support tracking of pending tasks and updates from different teams.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Operations teams for required updates.
Assist in preparing Excel sheets, trackers, and MIS reports.




Support documentation of processes and operational activities.
Perform other operational support tasks as assigned.

Qualifications Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields.

Experience

Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Internship/project experience in operations, administration, or coordination will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
