Responsible for Alignment of the Departmental objectives and establish the Key performance indicator and delivery of project on given defined timelines.

Materials
To study the scope of Alternate material usage in the process.
To improve the life of the consumables.
To optimize the cost per use of the material by improving yield or by selecting suitable alternate material, Localization.
To validate the alternate material on shop floor process for its designed KPI.
To Conduct DOE for establishing the Durability of the material.
To compile reports for analysis
Process Improvement - Ensure CFT consensus is taken for all the process improvement and proposals before proceeding.
Ensure the smooth accomplishment of all the goals set for process improvement inline to the department objectives
Prepare a proposal for the improvement projected which should include Proposal, KPI's, Layout, Macro & Micro schedule
