Manage new model development as per customer expectations and requirements post feasibility study, proper planning and execution. Ensure adherence to quality systems and standards, manage mass production and prepare effective budget. Ensure the Project KPIs QCDV

Feasibility study - Ensure collection of required information for feasibility from customer as per requirement
Ensure taking feedback on feasibility issues and timely closure of issues related to clarification required from customer
Submit required inputs/clarification to customer and negotiate product specifications with customer
Facilitate giving proposals for minimizing design
Ensure the DR preparation on time & identify the A category Issue
Planning and Execution - Finalize the project plan, ensure execution as per customer master plan and coordinate for preparation of tooling as per the process requirements with P&T; monitor the number of defaults in sample submission and ensure timely submission
