Ensure completion of project within the defined framework and deadline -Ensure Feasibility study of recent project undertaken -Prepare Project budgeting and outline execution plans -Review of activities as per plan and provide feedback
Undertake training initiatives in order to develop the competency levels for self and team members of department-Ensure Implementation of Performance Management & Deployment Management system.-Ensure promotion of PDCA and Deep analysis study within the organization
Prepare Section Annual safety plan on a weekly basis and submit to management-Review and implementation of Annual safety plan activities as instructed-Ensure Weekly Audit for safety findings and key areas of improv
