We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Execu ve/Manager to oversee the company's accoun ng and financial opera ons. The ideal candidate should have strong exper se in accoun ng principles, GST, TDS, Tally, and financial repor ng. The role requires managing day-to-day accoun ng ac vi es, ensuring statutory compliance, preparing monthly Profit & Loss statements for partners, and suppor ng business decision-making through accurate financial data.
Key Responsibilites -
Accountng & Finance
Maintain complete books of accounts in Tally Prime (or equivalent accoun ng soware).
Record all financial transac ons accurately and on a mely basis.
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Perform bank reconcilia ons and cash flow management.
Prepare and maintain vouchers, ledgers, journals, and suppor ng documenta on.
Monitor outstanding receivables and vendor payments.
Financial Reportng
Prepare Monthly Profit & Loss (P&L;) Statements and Balance Sheet for management and partners.
Generate monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards.
Analyze project-wise profitability and cost reports.
Prepare monthly cash flow statements and working capital reports.
Assist management in budge ng and financial forecastng.
Taxation & Compliance
Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns).
Handle TDS calcula ons, deduc ons, and return filings.
Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for audits and annual financial statements.
Maintain compliance documenta on and statutory records.
Partner & Management Support
Submit monthly financial summaries to partners.
Present profitability analysis for ongoing projects.
Monitor budgets against actual expenses.
Suggest cost-saving ini a ves and improve financial controls.
Assist in financial planning and business strategy discussions.
