What You’ll Own
Hands-on Development
Actively contribute to development across the stack — mobile (React Native)
Write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices
Technical Contribution & Guidance
Collaborate with architects and senior engineers on system design and technical decisions
Provide input on architecture, performance optimization, and scalability
Support implementation of coding standards,



testing practices, and quality benchmarks
Agile Execution
Work within a structured Agile/Scrum environment
Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and timely delivery of features
Proactively identify and resolve blockers
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, design, and global engineering teams across the US, Australia, and Europe
Communicate effectively across time zones with clarity and accountability
Platform Development
Contribute to development of:
“Mobile React Native applications (iOS + Android, with Windows and Web compile targets). Offline-first, BLE-connected to pool-service hardware, multi-tenant production traffic in AU + US.”
“Own the React Native codebase end-to-end — feature delivery, native modules, offline sync, push notifications, and the iOS + Android release pipeline.”
