Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic & execution-oriented TA & People Partner to drive end-to-end talent acquisition while partnering with business leaders to build high-performing teams across functions. This role combines strategic hiring, employee experience, people operations & culture-building initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth D2C setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about attracting top talent, creating exceptional employee experiences & crafting a people-first culture across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end recruitment across business functions, including Marketing, Growth, Operations,



Supply Chain, Finance & Corporate Functions.
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements & translate them into effective hiring strategies.
Drive strong sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter/Naukri & other platforms), screening, stakeholder management, offer negotiations & onboarding activities.
Build & maintain strong talent pipelines for current & future hiring needs.
Track & improve key recruitment metrics, including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance to Joining ratios.
Strengthen employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, job portals, employee referral programs & campus networks.
Ensure a seamless & engaging candidate experience & hiring partners experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
Act as a trusted HR partner for employees & people managers.
Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmations, role movements & exit management.
