SUMMARY: The Senior Sales Manager – South Asia is responsible for leading and driving sustainable business growth across the assigned territory. This role oversees strategic account development, regional expansion, and overall sales performance, ensuring delivery against revenue, margin, and profitability targets. As a senior commercial leader, the position plays a critical role in shaping go-to-market strategies, strengthening key customer relationships, and aligning cross-functional resources to accelerate market penetration and long-term business success in South Asia.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in related scientific discipline, business, or a closely related field; master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or regional management role.
Proven track record in driving business growth, managing key accounts, and delivering financial results.
Strong understanding of the textile and/or paper industry,



with the ability to deliver technical and commercial value propositions.
Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and large-scale customer projects
Solid business acumen, strategic thinking, and execution capability.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
High level of personal drive, resilience, and results orientation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Solid understanding of the South and Southeast Asia business environment, market dynamics, and customer landscape is highly preferred.
Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain an insurable driving record.
