Section 2 : Job Purpose

Responsible for managing deliveries to customers while ensuring effective management of inventory and quality; Ensure control on costs and wastage to plan and prepare effective budgets with continuous manpower development at regular intervals.

Responsibility Heads Key Responsibilities/KRAs
Safety - Implement defined SOPs to build safe working environment by adhering to safety norms and procedures in place
Dispatch - Facilitate export of dispatch as per customer orders
Prepare and propose plan for AFM
Quality Management - Implement, review & monitor TS 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, TQM,TPM as per company guidelines
Inventory management - Monitor actual and physical quantity against system for critical consumables
Monitor and manage stock and wastage of items having specified shelf life
Monitor and prepare statement on closing store inventory module on monthly basis
Control - Control and reduce glass breakage at all locations of hub by taking necessary actions
Facilitate controlling the packing costs
Budgeting & Reporting - Prepare annual budgets for packing and provide periodic reports
Improvement - Develop and improvise new mode develop box size, foam etc.
Manpower Development - Plan and develop required
