New Business Generation
Identify markets where AIS is not present, supported by Business Case study
=> Min. 2 case study/ annum, and ensuring penetration atleast in 1 segment
Contact customers, undertand requirements, in order to make AIS presence in recent segment and generate RFQ
=> Number of new enquiries gathered

Pricing
=> Timely acknowledgement of RFQ'=> Timely submission of NMD card & technical details to NMD'=> Participation in feasibility meeting
=> Timely preperation of offer as per the current input cost received Materials, VD & MIS, '=> Ensuring submission of quotation as per company policy to Reporting Manager/ HOD for approval and later on submission to customer
=> Profitability as per target to be negotiated along with Reporting Manager/ HOD'=> Sharing of business Win won with NMD for development
=>Timely submission of development plan to Customer and ensuring periodical status update to customer
