Section 2 : Job Purpose

Responsible for regular inspection, repair & maintenance in order to get smooth operation of Utility function in terms of Electrical and Mechanical and support teams to improve and deliver task on time. Identify the pain areas of the team and help them work on resolving them together. Ensure regular updates and smooth functioning of operations.

Responsibility Heads Key Responsibilities/KRAs
Safety - Ensure execution of SOPs for Safety
Ensure timely KY Execution of Safety on a regular basis and Audit Finding
Maintenance of Plant and Machinery (Utility Equipments) - Ensure timely maintenance of utility equipment (WTP, ETP, STP, Boiler, MEE, HVAC)
Ensure monthly data updating on GPCB XGN
Ensure execution of Daily/monthly/annual preventive & predictive maintenance activities of utility equipment’s like ETP ,STP ,DM Plant ,Boiler & HT line
Generate & update machine maintenance and Records in Compliance to TS16949, ISO – 14001
Project - Supervise all execution activities and completion of targets with promised deadline and targets
Support to Production - Ensure productive operation of Utility & forklift
