About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented V&V; (Verification & Validation) Engineer – Senior to join our engineering team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional development teams throughout the product lifecycle, contributing to test planning, validation strategies, troubleshooting support, and system-level verification activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in test methodologies, automation frameworks, RF and digital test environments, and requirements-based testing. The role also involves field testing, documentation,



and supporting continuous integration workflows to ensure reliable and high-quality product releases.
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive verification and validation plans for embedded, RF, and signal processing systems.
Define acceptance criteria, test strategies, and requirements-based validation methodologies.
Collaborate closely with FPGA, software, hardware, and system engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Python and related tools.
Perform RF and digital hardware testing using lab equipment and automated test setups.
Support Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing environments.
Plan and execute field testing activities for SIGINT and related systems.
Analyze system failures, assist in troubleshooting, and provide validation insights to development teams.
