Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Analyst 5, Business Applications - Planning to join our organization in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will lead the strategic planning, implementation and optimization of our Kinaxis platform, driving supply chain excellence across the organization.



You will combine technical expertise with business acumen to deliver impactful solutions that enhance planning efficiency and organizational performance.
Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Kinaxis solutions to support demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization initiatives
Manage end-to-end system implementations and upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems and minimal business disruption
Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system configurations that drive operational efficiency
Oversee the development and maintenance of planning models, reports, and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Direct cross-functional teams including business analysts, system administrators, and end-users to ensure successful system adoption and utilization
Establish and enforce best practices for system governance, data quality, and
