YOUR TASKS

Oversee and manage all aspects of a company's financial controls including revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities and capital.
Coordinate, analyze and report the financial performance to Management (financial performance, projections, capital spending, etc).
Create annual operating budgets and provide fiscal direction to the management team.
Implement and maintain reliable control systems and formulates policies.
Monitor banking activities and ensure sufficient cash flow to meet the company's operating objectives.




Evaluate and advise on the financial impact of long range plans, introduction of recent programs and strategic business options.
Generate financial reports for review regulatory authorities.
Establish financial reporting systems to support decision making.
Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliant audit scope.
Review and approve preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation.
Collaborate in the development, execution and measurement of strategic business plans.
Manage financial department staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
Develop and implement risk management strategies.
Direct the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, reports to shareholders and tax returns.
Support the Board in the annual review and consequent updating of the company’s strategy.
