We're hiring: E-commerce Manager — Athletifreak ? South Delhi | In office or Remote | Full-time
Athletifreak is a performance brand built for people who move with purpose — triathletes, yogis, golfers, CrossFitters, runners, dancers. We respect the grind, the discipline, the wins, the losses, and everything in between. Now we're looking for someone to own our digital business end-to-end.

You'll own:
The website — Shopify storefront, daily dashboard, conversion, AOV, cart abandonment, returns
CRM & Email — segmentation, automation flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back), weekly/fortnightly campaigns. Targets: 20%+ open rate, 2.5%+ CTR
Performance marketing — co-own ROAS, audience strategy, and landing-page conversion alongside our ad freelancer
People — manage one E-com Executive (orders, dispatch QC, customer support, CRM exec)
Reporting — daily flags, weekly performance report, full monthly analytics (CAC, LTV, repeat purchase rate, channel split) to leadership by the 5th
Future channel expansion — we're currently Shopify-only.



You'll lead the launch and management of marketplaces (Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Nykaa Fashion, Tata CLiQ) and emerging channels like social commerce and WhatsApp commerce

What we need:
1-5+ years in ecommerce, ideally at a D2C or lifestyle/apparel brand
Fluent on Shopify; marketplace experience (Myntra/Ajio/Amazon) is a strong plus given our expansion plans
Hands-on with an email marketing platform (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar) — automation flows, segmentation, deliverability
Strong analytics — Google Analytics, Shopify reports, ROAS, funnel diagnostics. You read data fluently and act on it
Working knowledge of performance marketing and SEO fundamentals
A real interest in sport, fitness, or active living — you'll fit in faster
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
