As a Salesforce Delivery Manager at Koch, you will lead the successful delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce programs and digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will provide leadership across delivery, architecture, stakeholder engagement, and team development while ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce solutions that create long-term value for our businesses. You will work closely with business partners, product teams, architects, and global delivery teams to enable innovation, improve business outcomes, and drive continuous improvement across the Salesforce ecosystem.

What You Will Do

Delivery & Program Management





Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs across multiple business units and geographies.
Manage program scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
Establish delivery governance, status reporting, metrics, and release management processes.
Ensure successful execution of Agile/Scrum projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive on-time, high-quality delivery while maintaining stakeholder satisfaction.

Salesforce Technical Leadership

Provide technical oversight for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
Review and approve solution architecture, design patterns, integrations, and security models.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and enterprise standards.
Guide teams in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, Platform Events, and Integration frameworks.
Lead adoption of emerging Salesforce capabilities including Agentforce, Einstein AI
