The ideal candidate will have:
A bachelor’s degree. A Degree in Supply Chain or Food Technology is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement of Specialty Food Ingredients (Nutraceutical, Proteins, Cocoa, Alternative Sweeteners).
Experience of Import Operations related to Food Ingredients is a big plus.
Excellent negotiation and highly effective style of operations
Great communication skills. Verbal as well as written. And a bias for action. Prior experience with Procurement at a FMCG or Nutraceutical Brand or a Distributor of Food Chemicals & Specialty Food Ingredients is a strong plus.
