Experience: 6 to 10 Years

Hands on experience in MIS Executive

Required Skills:
Adept at managing administrative activities involving purchase of equipment’s, Transport, maintenance of procurement, housekeeping, safety, security, employee induction etc.




Planning and preparing monthly, weekly and daily reports and MMR pertaining to facility and finance required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities.
Assisting the department in project management, cost optimization and implementing business expansion plans.
Cost control and ensuring timely implementation of the facility.
Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment’s, appliances, furniture, furnishings, building, etc.,
Purchasing, Implementation and operations of Security and Surveillance
Vendor management- Oversee acquisition, installation and commissioning of equipment’s that are required for the facility – UPS Systems, air conditioning etc.
Processes, Documentation, Preventive maintenance of critical equipment, Business Control checks, audits etc.
Monitor all Statutory Compliance document pertain to office and base builder side.
Asset Management of all Site opera
