Role Overview
You'll be the go-to person for internal IT support and operational needs — ensuring employees have the tools they need, access is properly managed, and IT operations run without friction.
Responsibilities




Provide first-line IT support for employees (hardware, software, access issues)
Onboard/offboard employees — provisioning and deprovisioning accounts and devices
Manage SaaS tool subscriptions, licenses, and access permissions
Maintain inventory of company hardware and software assets
Coordinate with vendors for procurement and support contracts
Assist with basic network troubleshooting and connectivity issues
Support security hygiene (password policies, device encryption, access reviews)
Document IT processes and maintain internal knowledge base
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in IT support or operations
Familiarity with common SaaS tools (Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, Slack, etc.)
Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working directly with employees across all levels
Nice to Have
Experience with MDM tools (Jamf, Intune)
