Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Voice and Accent Trainer to improve communication effectiveness, pronunciation, clarity, fluency, and customer-facing language skills across teams. The trainer will be responsible for assessing training needs, conducting voice and accent sessions, coaching employees, and ensuring consistent improvement in spoken English and customer interaction quality.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver training programs on voice modulation, pronunciation, accent neutralization, fluency, grammar, listening skills, and skilled communication.
Conduct training needs analysis and identify gaps in communication, speech clarity, and customer interaction skills.
Coach new hires and existing employees on effective verbal communication for domestic and international customers
Evaluate trainees through mock calls, role plays, assessments, and live call monitoring.
Provide individual feedback and improvement plans based on performance observations.
Prepare training materials, modules, exercises, and assessment tools.
Work closely with operations, quality,



and HR teams to improve overall communication standards.
Track training progress, maintain reports, and share regular updates with stakeholders
Support process-specific communication training, soft skills, customer service etiquette, and call handling skills.
Ensure trainees meet required voice, accent, and communication benchmarks before moving to production.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Linguistics, Education, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Voice and Accent Trainer, Communication Trainer, or Soft Skills Trainer, preferably in a BPO, KPO, customer service, or shared services environment.
Strong command of English grammar, pronunciation, phonetics, and neutral accent training.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
