We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Specialist to join our dynamic team in Delhi or Mumbai or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of tender processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure successful submissions.

What You'll Do:
Tender Analysis: Carefully review bid documents to extract precise client requirements, deliverables, and strict submission deadlines.
Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Calculate the required resources, materials, and labor to establish a commercially competitive and profitable pricing strategy.
Proposal Development: Write, structure, and edit the final proposal narrative, ensuring it aligns with the client's needs and highlights your organization's unique selling points.
Team Coordination: Liaise with sales, finance, legal, and technical subject matter experts to gather accurate data and meet intermediate deadlines.




Risk Management: Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies that protect the company's financial interests during project execution.
Post-Submission: Handle follow-up queries, client presentations, contract negotiations, and post-bid debriefings.

What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in tender management or related fields.
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Financial Acumen: Robust capability in commercial modeling, quantity surveying, and margin analysis.
