What we're looking for?
We’re hiring a Senior Data Scientist to lead innovation at the intersection of AI/ML and product engineering. If you thrive on solving complex problems, building production-ready AI solutions, and mentoring future leaders—this role is for you.

What you’ll do?
Identify product features that can be enabled using AI/ML and own the journey from design to production deployment.
Work closely with the engineering manager for estimation, integration and production deployment.




Identify new techniques that would benefit customers and ensure that some of them are adopted.
Showcase ML expertise through thought leadership articles and show and tell - POC’s
Lead a small team of data scientists.
Build a culture of merit in the team.
To be successful in this role, you should have:

Qualification:
M.Tech from IIT (CS) or B.Tech/B.E from IIT/NIT.
Experience:
Should have worked in the industry for at least 6.5 - 10 years.
Should be capable of conceiving original ideas and coding them as working algorithms.
Should have worked on 2 problems from definition to deployment.
Skills
Solved problems using Machine Learning in at least one area – NLP, CV or Predictive Analytics.
Excellent programming skills and must be able to implement complex algorithms in Python
Extensive understanding of ML and statistical algorithms
Hands-on experience with use of standard machine learning libraries such as OpenCV,
