The D365 & Power Platform Delivery Manager will be responsible for the project management and delivery of the technology components of Vista related and other company-wide projects relating to the Enterprise applications area.
In addition, the D365 & Power Platform Delivery Manager will also be responsible for delivery of other initiatives from time to time.
Role tasks & Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivery of Enterprise Applications Vista related projects. Accountable for managing the scope, schedule, budget, quality and risks associated with the delivery
Work with Head of Applications to oversee/manage the roadmap relating to various products as part of the Enterprise Applications Portfolio which are prioritised
Liaise with key stakeholders and provide regular updates as part of the Project or Roadmap delivery. Build solid relationships with key business and technology stakeholders
Deliver projects and roadmaps in line with the Control Risks project delivery methodology, in conjunction with vendor teams/solution as applicable




Hold Third Parties into account for effective delivery of the solution / components of the solution as applicable
Ensure all Enterprise Applications workstreams that are part of a Company-wide or Vista initiatives are delivered according to agreed plan
Ensure risks and issues are raised to Project Leadership team through the appropriate governance for Vista and other company wide or ETS wide projects
Operate in a proactive manner to unblock blockers or smooth path of successful delivery
Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project lifecycle and confer with project staff to outline work plan.
Manages deliverable estimation process, resource allocation and efficient utilization; negotiates resource conflicts with other project managers or resources managers as appropriate.
