The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a
portfolio of affluent clients, offering them a range of banking and investment
services. This role requires excellent relationship-building skills, a deep
understanding of financial products, and the ability to provide tailored advice
to meet client needs. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to the
bank's affluent business segment, driving revenue and ensuring client
satisfaction.

Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with affluent clients, understanding
their financial goals and needs.
* Offer a comprehensive range of banking and investment solutions, including
wealth management, private banking, and insurance products.
* Provide personalized advice and recommendations to clients, ensuring their




financial plans are aligned with their objectives.
* Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with other
business units to deliver integrated financial solutions.
* Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and current financial products
to offer relevant and timely advice to clients.
* Manage and monitor client portfolios, ensuring compliance with internal
policies and regulatory requirements.
* Conduct regular client reviews and meetings to discuss portfolio performance,
market updates, and potential investment opportunities.
* Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer
service and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing
campaigns for the affluent segment.
* Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to
represent the bank and expand the client network.
