About the Role

The B2B Lead Generation VP within the Marketing and Corporate Communication (MCC) team plays a pivotal role in driving qualified pipeline growth through targeted outreach to Private Equity (PE) firms, Venture Capital (VC) firms, PE-backed companies, and investment professionals. This role designs and executes compliant, technically accurate campaigns that resonate with decision-makers, leveraging LinkedIn outreach, email automation, and CRM management. It requires a robust understanding of financial services and investment ecosystems,



combined with data-driven insights and creative problem-solving to craft personalized engagement strategies that convert high-value prospects. The position collaborates closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to align lead generation efforts with business objectives, support revenue goals, and integrate emerging technologies for measurable impact.

Key Role Deliverables

§ Build and maintain verified prospect lists; ensure CRM accuracy and data hygiene

§ Drive LinkedIn and email outreach to VC, PE, and investment professionals

§ Qualify leads and hand over high-intent prospects with complete context to Sales

§ Schedule meetings and nurture conversations to drive conversions

§ Optimize outreach strategies using analytics and performance insights

§ Track and report campaign performance metrics, recommending improvements for future outreach strategies
