? Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and technical Salesforce Sales,Service Commerce Cloud & Data Cloud Consultant to architect and implement next-generation digital commerce solutions powered by a unified customer data platform.
In this role, you will collaborate with key business and technical stakeholders to seamlessly connect commerce transactions, omni-channel customer behaviors, and partner interactions into Salesforce Data Cloud. Your mission will be to unlock actionable customer insights, build sophisticated segmentations, and drive high-impact, data-driven engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Delivery
Design and configure end-to-end workflows integrating Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) with Salesforce Data Cloud.
Map complex customer journeys and transaction touches into scalable enterprise data streams.
Data Engineering & Harmonization
Architect robust customer data models and define data ingestion pipelines.




Establish identity resolution rules to create a pristine, 360-degree view of the customer.
Configure calculated insights and advanced segments to power real-time personalization.
Integrations & Governance
Lead enterprise-level integrations between SFCC, Data Cloud, and third-party systems (ERP, CRM, Marketing Cloud, APIs).
Ensure all data solutions strictly comply with data governance, security, and industry-specific privacy standards.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements
Must-Have Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce solutions, with deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud , Service Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud .
Proven track record in data modeling, harmonization, ingestion, and activation.
Robust technical acumen in handling enterprise integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, ETL processes, SQL, and JSON).
