We are seeking a skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Developer Lead to join our CMS Mandate Team The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices, Angular and must be comfortable working in an onshore-offshore delivery model. The role requires effective communication and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java-based applications
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot
Integrate with relational and NoSQL databases including MongoDB
Work with front-end technologies such as Angular and JQuery
Write unit and integration tests using JUnit
Collaborate with global teams, participating in code reviews, design discussions, and daily stand-ups
Utilize version control tools like Git/Bitbucket for source code management
Ensure high performance,



scalability, and security of applications

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in Core Java development
Strong experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate/JPA
Proficiency in developing Microservices and Web Services
Working knowledge on MongoDB
Front-end experience with Angular and JQuery
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit)
Experience with Git and Bitbucket
Robust communication skills and ability to work in an onshore-offshore model

Nice to Have

Experience with Spring Batch
Familiarity with Docker containers
Experience working with AWS Cloud platforms
