Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Executive - Supply Chain & Inventory Management to oversee and optimize our end-to-end inventory operations. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytics, ERP systems, and industry best practices to improve inventory turnover, minimize stockouts, and reduce holding costs. In this senior role, you will lead complex supply chain projects, mentor junior team members,
and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Inventory Planning & Optimization
Develop and implement advanced inventory optimization strategies to balance service levels with capital investment.
Lead demand forecasting and capacity planning, utilizing historical data, market trends, and predictive analytics.
Oversee cycle counting and physical inventory audits, ensuring 99%+ inventory accuracy across all locations and resolving complex discrepancies.
Supply Chain & Vendor Management
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to drive cost savings and improve delivery performance.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, establishing robust contingency plans for critical materials to prevent production halts.
