Role Overview:
We are looking for a Design Executive who will be responsible for creating and executing design plans for our retail/F&B; spaces. The role involves preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring timely execution of design projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare layout plans, detailed drawings, and elevations within defined timelines
Visit project sites to assess requirements and incorporate necessary revisions into designs
Develop 3D models for proposed premises
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for sites
Ensure design accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) / Diploma in Design or equivalent.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or F&B; design
Experience working with a design firm will be an added advantage

Required Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
Solid coordination and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage timelines
