Partner with the Rewards COE to align on processes and system-related requirements.
Serve as the primary communication channel to operational teams across global locations.
Manage and coordinate with external vendors to ensure seamless execution and program delivery.
Lead Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations as well as support project initiatives. Handle queries from users
Participate in and support compensation and rewards survey submissions.
Drive operational efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Competencies
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build automation and streamline processes.
Good interpersonal and communication skills for global stakeholder engagement.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced workplace.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1.5+ years of relevant experience in rewards, HR operations, or a related field
