Overview
We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Central Technical Consultant to be a core part of our Dynamics 365 practice. In this role, you will be the technical backbone of our delivery engagements, designing and building powerful BC extensions, leading integrations, working with clients and functional colleagues to bring transformative solutions to life. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain customizations and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL language and Visual Studio Code.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices and the AL Extension model.
Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and architecture decisions for Business Central implementations.
Integrate Business Central with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps), Azure services, and third-party applications via APIs and web services.




Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, and customers to ensure technical delivery aligns with business goals and project timelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development, UAT, and production environments.
Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central release waves, current platform capabilities, and evolving Microsoft cloud ecosystem technologies.
Participate in pre-sales activities, including technical demonstrations, proof-of-concept builds, and solution scoping.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
4–6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with a strong focus on technical development.
Proficiency in AL (Application Language) for building extensions; experience with C/AL and CAL-to-AL migration is a plus.
Solid understanding of Business Central architecture, table structures, pages,
