Job Description
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience who knows how to balance usability and aesthetics while crafting digital experiences users genuinely enjoy. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, user-centered interfaces, translate business goals into meaningful design solutions, and take ideas from concept to final execution
Key Responsibilities
User Research:
Conduct user research to gain insights into users behaviors, needs, and preferences.
Analyze user feedback and market trends to inform design decisions.
UX Design
Collaborate with product managers to define user personas and user journeys.
Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to illustrate product concepts and interactions.
Develop information architectures and navigation structures for optimal user experiences.
Perform usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
UI Design
Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
Ensure consistency in design elements, such as typography, colors, and icons.
Work closely with developers to implement designs and provide guidance during development.
Design System
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure design consistency across products.
Advocate for the use of design system components and best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and align on design goals.
Present and communicate design concepts and rationale behind the same to the stakeholders.
Stay Updated
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools, especially Figma, to continuously improve your skills.
