Summary Of The Role

To perform Quality Assurance (QA) activities for the Dahej Plant. This role ensures adherence to standard procedures, drives quick resolution of quality issues, and maintains compliance with quality and safety standards while optimizing turnaround time.



This position plays a critical role in guiding shift teams, minimizing deviations, and ensuring seamless communication across functions.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions and job aids for quality control processes.
Perform routine testing and QC activities in shifts; Responsible for the on-time testing and clearance of incoming, inprocess and final products.
Drive the process improvements to improve operational efficiency, product quality, safety and cost.
Responsible for the Validation, Calibration and measurement system programs. Drive new programs which are implemented from Global QA to Dahej.
Act as key coordinator for shift teams to ensure smooth execution of testing, resolving analytical and process related challenges.
