What you’ll do
Provide a customer focused service based on supporting a resolution either via call or email, in a professional and timely manner and in line with company procedures/standards
Manage the ticketing process to ensure that customer queries and feedback are effectively handled within company KPIs and standards
Achieve set targets and goals to maximize the customer experience and service provided by the company
Support pre-sales efforts, e.g. platform demo and proof of concept building and post-sales deployments of the platform on need basis
Assist engineering teams in coordinating operations and identifying errors & anomalies
Identify and verify service impact to customers, and dispatch subject matter experts in support of problem resolution
Communicate with internal and customer-facing teams in support of status updates regarding op
