Position Overview
The Executive Chef is responsible for leading the culinary vision and operations at The Quorum Gurugram. The role combines culinary excellence with commercial ownership, ensuring exceptional member experiences, operational efficiency and sustainable business performance.

As the culinary leader of the club, the Executive Chef drives menu innovation, food quality, financial performance, people development and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities
Culinary Leadership
Lead all culinary operations across restaurants, bars, member events and Private hire.
Develop and evolve menus while responding to member preferences and market trends.
Maintain consistent standards of food quality, presentation, taste and portion control.
Champion innovation through seasonal menus,



limited-time offerings and signature dining experiences.

Business & Operational Performance
Deliver food revenue and profitability through effective menu engineering and cost management.
Manage food cost, purchasing, inventory, yield and waste within approved budgets.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, HACCP, FSSAI and all food safety standards.
Drive operational efficiency across kitchen production, planning and service execution.

People Leadership
Build, develop and inspire a high-performing culinary and stewarding team.
Drive hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management and succession planning.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, learning and continuous improvement.

Member Experience & Collaboration
Partner with Programming, Marketing and Operations to curate exceptional member experiences.
Support club programming and Private Hire operations through creative menu design and flawless execution.
