Short Form Video Editor

Your Mission

To transform iThrive’s clinical breakthroughs, academy insights, and supplement science into

thumb-stopping educational assets. You’ll be responsible for creating stunning, high-quality video

content across social media, marketing campaigns, product shoots, and brand films.

What You’ll Do

Narrative Engineering: Convert long-form podcasts and clinical case studies into high-impact

vertical videos (Reels/Shorts).

Data-Driven Iteration: Use engagement metrics to refine hooks, pacing, and CTAs.
Cross-Vertical Synergy:



Create distinct visual styles for Alive, Academy, and Essentials.
AI Integration: Utilize ethical AI tools for color grading, noise reduction, and captioning.

Required Competencies

Strong psychological hooks in first 3 seconds
Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve
Ability to simplify complex functional medicine concepts
Excellent English with error-free subtitles

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years experience in video editing and post-production
Passion for experimenting with editing styles
Ability to work quick and deliver quality consistently

Bonus Points If You

Experience with AI video tools
Camera handling and lighting knowledge
Strong portfolio
