At WebQ Media, we build the social presence for education and lifestyle brands across India, the Middle East, and Europe — and we're looking for someone who wants to learn how it's actually done.

We're hiring a Social Media Intern to join our team and get hands-on with content that real brands publish to real audiences.

What You'll Do:
Plan and build monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Write scroll-stopping captions, hooks, and short-form scripts for Reels and Shorts.
Assist on shoots and turn raw footage into publish-ready posts and stories.
Manage community engagement — replies, comments, DMs — and keep the brand voice consistent.
Track trends, audio, and formats early, then translate them into content ideas.
Schedule posts and monitor what's live across multiple client accounts.
Read the analytics: what's working, what's flopping, and why — then report it clearly.




Support the team in brainstorming campaigns and content series that actually get saved and shared.

What We're Looking For:
A genuine feel for social media and what makes people stop scrolling.
Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube as content platforms.
Sharp writing instincts and a good eye for visuals.
Strong communication skills and real attention to detail.
Ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines without dropping the ball.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or basic editing apps is a plus.
A creative mindset and a genuine eagerness to learn the craft.
