Role Overview

Aivar Innovations is looking for a Senior Inside Sales Representative to own revenue growth and new customer acquisition across the United States market, operating from India.



You will drive the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting and discovery through to deal closure — selling Aivar's governed agentic AI stack and engineering services to mid-market and enterprise customers in North America.

This is a hunter role for someone who sells outcomes, not features. Your customers will be CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Operations leaders at US enterprises who need a trusted AI partner to take their initiatives from pilot to production. You will work across Aivar's accelerator platforms — Convogent (conversational AI), Velogent (agentic process automation), and Kubogent (AI infrastructure) — and the full services portfolio spanning AI strategy, custom AI development, cloud transformation, and managed AI/ML operations.

Key Responsibilities

Own a defined US territory or named account list, driving new logo acquisition and expansion revenue across Aivar's platforms and services
Execute end-to-end inside sales cycles — outbound prospecting, discovery, qualification, solution alignment, commercial negotiation, and closure
Build deep understanding of each prospect's
