Job Description

Java Solution Architect

Seeking an experienced Java Solution Architect to design, define, and govern scalable, cloud-native enterprise architectures.
Ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Java, Spring ecosystem, cloud technologies, and AI-native architecture patterns including RAG, LLMs, Agentic AI, and cloud AI services.
Robust architectural leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring capabilities are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications and microservices.
Create and maintain High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
Conduct architecture reviews and enforce coding standards, design principles, and best practices.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and QA teams.
Collaborate with clients, partners,



and onshore teams to align requirements, priorities, and project milestones.
Design and implement AI-native solutions, including:
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
LLM integrations and deployments
Agentic AI frameworks
Embedding and vector-based search solutions
Integrate and deploy AI workloads using Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI.
Define and manage memory strategies for AI-powered applications.
Lead code reviews and ensure engineering excellence across multiple teams.
Drive DevOps practices, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies.
Required Skills & Experience

9+ years of software engineering experience; 13+ years preferred.
3–5 years of experience in an architect role designing both on-premises and cloud-based solutions.
Expert-level proficiency in:
Java
Spring Boot
RESTful APIs
Spring Batch
