Role Summary

As a PAM Engineer with the Identity Engineering Team, you will be responsible for the administration of the Secrets Management Platform, including Delinea Secret Server Cloud and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) solutions. Our workplace, combined with a supportive manager, enables you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while contributing to the PAM program, which is critical for providing a modern, secure, and efficient way for users to access McAfee systems.

This is a Hybrid position based in Bangalore. You must be within a commutable distance from the location. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis; when not working onsite, you will work remotely from your home location.

About The Role

Partner with a team of engineers responsible for delivering and supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) services across the enterprise.
Administer Delinea Secret Server Cloud, including legacy platform migrations, API access management, user onboarding,



and secrets governance to ensure secure credential management.
Manage Microsoft Entra ID PIM, oversee AWS infrastructure components such as EC2 and EBS, drive cost-optimization initiatives, and support various SaaS platforms.
Implement and maintain industry-standard security best practices, aligning controls and processes with CIS Benchmarks and NIST frameworks to strengthen the organization's security posture.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring tasks and implementing automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of the Identity Engineering roadmap to align with organizational goals and security objectives.
