Overview

Wama Technology is seeking a seasoned Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and integration of enterprise CRM and Power Platform solutions. This role requires technical depth in the Microsoft stack and the ability to operate independently in a remote, global-aligned early morning shift to align with critical project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

D365 Development: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service to meet complex business requirements.
Marketing Integration: Implement and manage Customer Insights, Journeys Marketing, and Real-Time Marketing modules.
Power Platform Expert: Build scalable solutions using Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and complex Power Automate workflows.
Integration Management:



Architect integrations leveraging Microsoft Azure, Service Bus, Directory Services, Data Factory, and robust Web APIs.
DevOps & Quality: Maintain high code standards via Git and automated CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
Technical Implementation: Develop custom features and extensions using C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server.

Technical Requirements

Experience: 5 to 7+ years of relevant professional experience, including team leadership.
D365 Core: Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Journeys Marketing, Real-Time Marketing.
Power Platform: Advanced Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) & Power Automate.
Azure/Dev: Azure DevOps, Service Bus, Data Factory, Directory Services, Web APIs, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL Server.
Domain Knowledge: Previous skilled experience within the Insurance domain is highly advantageous.
