About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale our paid marketing ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing digital campaigns while driving high-quality leads and maximizing ROI.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Marketing
· Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
· Plan and allocate budgets to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
· Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for better results.
Performance & Analytics
· Track key metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
· Forecast campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
Lead Quality & CRM
· Audit lead quality and improve conversion funnels.
· Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Sales teams to enhance lead-to-site visit and lead-to-sale conversions.




· Maintain CRM accuracy and campaign attribution.
Creative Strategy
· Develop compelling ad copies and campaign messaging.
· Work with design and content teams on creatives, videos, reels, and landing pages.
· Conduct A/B testing for ads and creatives.
Reporting & Automation
· Build Excel dashboards and marketing reports.
· Monitor budgets, campaign pacing, and reporting accuracy.
· Utilize AI tools to streamline reporting, content generation, and campaign optimization.
Market Research
· Stay updated on advertising platforms, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
· Continuously upgrade digital marketing skills through certifications and learning.
