Primary Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
Build microservices and event-driven architectures for AI-powered applications
Develop secure and performant RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
Implement authentication, authorization, rate limiting, and monitoring
Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or open-source models
Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
Design and maintain vector search and semantic retrieval systems
Develop AI agent orchestration workflows and tool integrations
Optimize inference latency, throughput, and operational costs
Design efficient database schemas and data pipelines
Manage structured and unstructured data used by AI systems
Implement caching, queueing, and asynchronous processing workflows
Build observability, logging, and monitoring solutions for AI services

Required Competencies, Knowledge & Skil

Bachelor's/Masters degree in computer science, Software Engineering, IT, Data Science, or related field.
Data Science, Machine Learning,



or Generative AI certification from recognized platforms.
7+ years of backend software engineering experience.
Solid proficiency in Python, Node.js, Go, Java, or similar backend languages.
Experience designing and building production APIs.
Strong knowledge of databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases
Redis or caching systems.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration: Docker & Kubernetes (preferred)
Strong understanding of distributed systems and system design.
Experience with CI/CD and automated testing. Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot issues, and validate backend data.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and responsibly.
Experience with vector databases: Qdrant & pgvector
Experience with: LangGraph, LangChain, Model Context Protocol (MCP)
