We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment of workers/ labour for our large-scale civil projects. Our website - www.gempl.net

Role Highlights:
? Sourcing and recruiting blue-collar workforce (labour, skilled/unskilled workers) for civil project sites
? Extensive travel to remote project locations across [regions/states]
? Coordinating with site teams, contractors, and local labour contractors
? Managing onboarding, documentation, and workforce planning at site

Requirements:
✅ Graduate in HR or related field
✅ 2+ years of experience in blue-collar/labour recruitment
✅ Willingness to travel extensively and stay at remote site locations for extended periods
✅ Solid local network and understanding of labour markets in rural/industrial belts
✅ Comfortable working in field conditions at large civil/construction project sites

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra + Extensive field travel
